He was professional, courteous, and responsive every step of the way for our project. From beginning to end, he stayed involved and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Truly John Williams understands and values customer service. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Had a great experience with Bob Webb coming out and trimming after the flooring was laid. The basement floor was wildly uneven and I was initially told there was little to be done to make it look right. Bob did a fantastic job explaining what he could do and then went above and beyond doing it. I couldn’t ask for better results! Thanks to Tim Lark for hearing me out, reassuring my concerns, and getting me set up with Bob.
