I purchased a 2007 Cadillac DTS and a 2007 Buick Lacrosse at this dealership several years ago. Both were excellent cars. The service department has been excellent to deal with. They Don’t try to upsell anything unnecessary or rip anyone off. I recommended this place to my friends and family who take their vehicles there also.

Alaura Sorokach helped me tremendously when I was recently interested in purchasing a vehicle from Columbiana Cadillac. After a test drive of a 2022 Range Rover Velar (which was priced lower than other dealers within a 200 mile radius), I was still unsure. She suggested I take the vehicle home to show my husband so we could discuss & decide together. The gentleman that waited on me at the service counter upon my arrival was kind and efficient. The service was performed in short order and the same gentleman checked me out. I had a question and he took me to my car and went over a few things with me which I much appreciated!
