My suggestion would be to directly get your glasses/prescription online directly or from the manufacturer. My assumption is these types of brick and mortar stores for glasses really are no longer viable. As they cannot or do not take responsibility for manufacturing defect or provide credit/warranties or any security at all. This establishment is a middleman only. Paid as a middleman they are taking money but none of the responsibility. I'd be really interested also in knowing what they are attacking on as their fee to facilitate this. Excellent customer service! They have a wide variety of designer frames that are very stylish. They work with you to make sure you get the perfect pair of glasses!
