The night before a 3-day work meeting, we found the garage door broken so badly it could not be closed. I called Budget Door of Cincinnati early the next morning. They were pleasant, professional, and priced well. We recommend them highly!

I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Dave in reference to service for my garage door. The estimate provided was reasonable. I asked about availability and they said they could be out before 2pm. I asked if they could send someone before 2pm, Dave said he would try his best. Today I received a call from Markus who said he would be there in 32 minutes. He showed up on time. Markus was great, a real professional.I highly recommend Budget Door.

They are one of the best service company I have ever used. They were quick to call back, they were on time for all appointments. But most important they were HONEST. I had 5 other companies to come take a look at my door and they were the ONLY one that said it could be repaired for hundreds vs being replaced for thousands. if it did need to be replaced they were the least expensive quote. The service tech was courteous, quick and patient. I hope I don't did their service for awhile but if I do I won't hesitate to call. In the mean time I will gladly refer anyone in need of garage door service to Budget door a company that lives up to their name. Thanks again
