“I have been a patient of Dr. King at COPC in Canal Winchester for almost 15yrs. My wife and I moved to central Ohio after college and I was not looking forward to finding a new family doctor. However, just like anyone else, I needed to go on the search. Never did I think I would find a doctor like Dr. King! He is absolutely amazing and I would recommend him to anyone! His “bedside manners” are top notch. I’m also a veteran and have a primary care doctor through the VA, which is 100% free to me, and I still go to Dr. King. I also thoroughly enjoy the staff at this location. My wife and son are patients at this location!“

“Dr. Meghan O'Grady is one of the best physicians I've ever had. The office is professional, kind, friendly and personable. Anytime I've had a concern the office has been available, whether online video visits or come out to your car visits (during the height of covid) or a regular in office visit. You always get the best care. Thank you.“

“I have scoliosis and severe unbearable pain in my lower spine. On the very first visit he dragonized the problem. With one adjustment that pain was gone. I am so happy to have him taking care of my back.“

“I really, really like Dr. Tempelhof. He made me feel heard and gave me almost a sense of peace despite needing a cardiologist. I know I'm in good hands with him. It's very rare for me that I feel like I can fully trust a doctor and don't have to research information regarding some of my lesser known conditions, but he certainly provides that comfort. He was also great with the fact I bought my kids (who thankfully behaved!), and made a point to try and make them more comfortable (though they've grown up going to Mom's appointments, so this wasn't much stress for them at all).I'd also rate him as Ehler-Danlos and connective tissue disorder friendly. He knew enough to relate EDS to my cardiac condition(s).“

“Okay let's start off that my brother had egging me on to go here to get some things checked out. I've been reluctant for ever. Kind of a stigma concerning VA Hospitals. He was just taking me to get set up. Ended up having two appointments with the Eye Doctor and Audiologist within 3 hours. Not sure how this miracle happened. Who gets in that quickly. The Audiologist did a thorough testing of my hearing and ordered my hearing aids. On to the Optometrist. Dr Driggs, first off super nice guy. He was super thorough and explained in detail any and all issues. I felt like a knowledgeable patient being that he gave an easy to understand explanation of any and all issues. Everyone in the VA was super helpful and goes out of the way for you to have a great experience. If you're a veteran don't hesitate to check them out.“

“Although my family has not experienced the billing and aftermath that could cause this review to change (per the other reviews), I'm here to comment on my mother's treatment. My mom went in for a some basic concerning ailments (dizziness, nausea). The staff at Mt. Carmel East reviewed her information and performed a variety of tests. They concluded that she needed to be seen by the cardiac unit. In an effort to protect her privacy, I will just say they were thorough, kind, funny and every single person from specialists, PT, OT and especially the nurses treated her with dignity, kindness and compassion. She had a follow up appointment with Ortho for a different reason and needed surgery. The surgery itself went flawless. Being an older person, she presented concerns post-op. They did not kick her out on the street to free up a bed and kept her until all concerns were addressed and she was cleared. Furthermore, what made her the most emotional, is she needed to be in the ICU for a few days. The staff protected her from the severe trauma cases that were going on around her and she knew it. She is forever grateful and so are we, her family. Healthcare workers are overworked, understaffed and often abused by patients who do not feel well. They deserve the compassion that they give out to others. I've never been to a hospital in which you did not have to wait long hours, that comes with the territory while they prioritize the life or death cases being presented to them and how many. I would recommend that we all think of this when considering complaining about wait times.“
