As for the windows themselves, this is the only company in Northeast Ohio that insisted on triple-pane windows (for the same or lower cost as what other operations were charging for double-pane windows with fewer features) because of longevity. We could not be more happy with the windows and doors themselves: Our house is SO MUCH QUIETER with these windows, and we are already seeing our utility bills decrease as a result.

If you’re in the market for new windows, please keep in mind that you are not just buying the windows themselves—you are also choosing the sales and installation. A perfectly constructed window installed improperly is about as good as the worst window you can buy. In the course of installation, Nick found multiple issues with our old windows (several installed by Pella, the other installed DIY by the previous owner of our home) that likely were also impacting our utility bills over the years.
