Planned Parenthood - Bedford Heights Health Center

The person at the desk right when you walk in is extremely rude. I was told to come pick up a prescription and that they were expecting me. I let them know over the phone at the front door my situation, they cut me off immediately, rolled their eyes and told me they don't usually do that and hung up the phone and told me to just come sit down. I told them I understood that but they were expecting me to come pick it up because of certain circumstances. Again, cut me off. Very rude and did not make me feel welcomed or safe at all.
