I usually head to the Canton, OH Milan location for my treatments, but needed to go to the Akron location for a one off appointment last week. I had only been one other time. Both times I have visited this location have been great! Always welcoming, clean, and great staff. They recently added a second treatment room which makes getting into an appointment very easy. Parking has also been fairly easy each time I have been to this location. Highly suggest to anyone starting their laser hair treatment journey! :)

Amazing experience. Everything is explained (including the price and process) very clearly and easy to understand. The first few appointments don’t hurt at all and the pain that is felt is no more than plucking eyebrows lol . The facility is always very kind and helpful. OH! And the result definitely show ! After the 3rd appointment I noticed a significant improvement in hair loss in my targeted area . I definitely recommend Milan to friends

Just had my first appointment and it went great!! Ashley and my nurse were very thorough in explaining the procedure and made me feel at ease about the whole process! I was slightly worried about the pain but the cooling fan they offer with their specific laser made the experience truly painless. I would definitely recommend!
