Excellent doctors , a little hard to communicate once you are not in office since you have to leave a message through a receptionist , overcharge for Covid test 180$, billing department is most irritating part, lying openly by saying that I have to speak to insurance about 180$ for Covid test charge .
Really depends on the department you go to and who you see. I have some great great dr's there, but have also have had some horrible ones, could have been dead a few times over but thanks to the good ones who caught onto what the others didn't, I'm still here. Oncology department at 3030, amazing. My Dr there, Dr. Mathew Weissler has been great, got answers from other Dr's when I couldn't, got the ball rolling in departments I couldn't get a response from, the staff is caring, and funny, and sweet. I went to the urgent care because I hurt my knee. I was able to be seen within the 1 hr. The front desk was courteous and check in was quick. Victoria Jean-Calixte FNP listened to my concerns and had my knee X-rayed immediately. She also called to set up a follow up with orthopedic doctor within the practice.I would definitely recommend this place.
