Ive been both a tenant and now a landlord and have been with Cliff and Nikole through all of it. As a tenant, if I needed something it was quickly done. They are easy to work with and make renting a breeze.

As a home owner, Ive hired them as my property manager. The home is being shown frequently during vacancy, and they qualify every tenant before accepting them as a tenant. I feel confident in their ability to ensure a happy tenant that stay for the long term.

I am completely flabbergasted by the negative reviews left for this company as this is my second time dealing with them and honestly, I never want to deal with any other company but them.I first rented from them in 2015 and lived in that house until 2017 when the owners decided they wanted to sell. They were a military couple who now lived out of state and had no desire to come back. I loved this company so much, I took another rental that was being managed by them.Cliff and Nikole are not only accommodating, they do anything they can to take care of any need you may have.
