“Blown away by the service provided here. I brought my mother in to have her glasses repaired. The optician Gene was so kind to her although her glasses were not really repairable he was able to get them back together and the receptionist Mary got my mom in for an exam. My mother is elderly hard of hearing. I was in with her for the test and had tears in my eyes from the kindness the young doctor showed her. I do wish you could make glasses the same day like other shops but the experience we had makes it worth waiting for them. The price is really good and the service priceless. I’ve been taking my mom to sterling for years way more expensive and not nearly as accommodating. They are very rude actually. I will send my family staff and friends to you from now on.“
