My mothers Bruno Stairlift suddenly stopped working. Northstar Lifts responded quickly and sent a technician out within a day. Great service and communication with these folks.

Needed emergency install for Stairlift for my disabled husband. Charles from the Tully office was there that day to measure and able to install 2 days later. Charles and his co-worker knocked out the whole install in a few hours while my dog was literally barking orders through the gate! They cleaned up and went over all the specifics with us. I highly recommend Northstar Lifts!

Great company and very friendly professional staff. The owners have tons of experience. I had a friend from New Hampshire refer me to them because the owner and operated a similar company there. They were exceptional. Very happy to have found them out here in New York to help put an elevator in my dads house. I couldn’t be happpier and would definitely use them time and time again.
