The couple of times I have been at this center my experience has been great!!!My technician Nicolette is amazing , she’s so thorough & keeps you distracted in conversation to keep you from the little discomfort you may feel , she’s also knowledgeable on all their aftercare products!Front desk staff is great as wellI highly recommend European Wax on Richmond Ave.
Great location. Nicolette was wonderful. Clean, efficient, and so pleasant to talk to! The front desk staff was also super helpful and courteous, as always! They definitely have a loyal customer!
Doris from the Richmond location is an absolute pleasure. I wouldn’t dream of using another tech. She pays so much attention to detail and makes sure to leave you hairless. She is friendly and personable and has become one of my absolute favorite person (of a service)
