Since management switched to MED, I have noticed a difference in quality of service. It took 3 tries to get my glasses prescription right because the wrong one was sent in 2x, (finally got it right on the third try) my contact lens order has been taken over the phone and then forgotten to be put in on more than one occasion, leading me to have to go out of my way to come pick up trials to tide me over, and last spring, eye irritation was incorrectly diagnosed as eczema when it was in fact routine pollen allergies. Not sure how much longer I will remain a patient here

What's a bunch of good hearted people, called on a Sunday for an emergency they showed up within 20mins! Monday morning rolls around they get me right in and started with treatment I will be back and recommend too everyone put my anxiety at a stand still thanks a bunch!

The doctors are great but I received a bill in the mail months after I ordered contact lenses and had paid for them over the phone. Apparently I wasn’t charged enough. Once I went to to pay, the online system couldn’t verify my account number, dob and zip despite me using what was on the statement. I then tried the QR code in which the app was no longer available. I gave it one last try, this time calling and was told the office was told the office was closed despite the hours online saying it was open. What a waste of a patients time.
