The doctors here are amazing but the front end staff is horrible. I heard one of the opticians say that they hate people and began to talk badly about a customer while she had stepped out of the store to do something..the other staff made comments as well as they both bashed the customer. I will never come back despite the amazing doctors. I came here last year and it was the same experience. It is hard to find true customer service and professionals who want to help people. Very sad.
I can’t thank America’s Best enough for fixing my son’s glasses twice on site within the last couple of months! Each time I thought I was going to have to use the warranty to replace the frames and they really saved the day! Thank you!!
I had an appointment for an exam tonight at the nisky location, they were fabulous. From the person at the front desk to the gentlemen who unfortunately puffed air into my eyeballs to the doctor (who was really super personable and nice) and to the gentlemen that helped me choose my glasses and did the check out process - all around fantastic people and great experience. I’ve been to another Americas best location that was terrible, so today’s experience with the people at Niskayuna Americas Best was refreshing. Thank you all!
