Webster is a scammer in bed with Home Advisor. In February 2018 Webster gave me a verbal quote of $3400 to replace concrete front steps which are 3 steps high and 40 inches wide. They then offered me a $700 discount if I would write a testimonial to be posted on Home Advisor. I called Home Advisor to complain about the $700 bribe and they said they would “monitor the contractor” which means they wouldn’t commit to address the fraud.
