I purchased a Groupon for a keratin treatment about a month ago. I walked into the salon w. Thick, long hair down to my butt. When I walked out my hair had been trimmed to just below my shoulders. Not only that, but I guess the chemicals burnt my hair basically up to my ears with dead ends. /: unfortunately wouldn't recommend.
