Don't waste your time going to this office. The staff never return phone calls. I had bloodwork and urinalysis done. I got the results on their patient portal the next day. I called the office to speak to someone regarding my results because it indicated I had an infection. I wanted to verify with them and see if I can get meds to take care of it or if I needed to give them another sample for a culture and sensitivity. No one returned my call. I called again before July 4 holiday no return call. I called 2 more times left messages and even emailed the physician assistant. I wanted to take care of all of this before my husband's knee replacement. My husband called again the following Monday and on Tuesday he called from his hospital bed. Then finally on Wednesday he got to speak to the PA who said she was out all week and didn't know, and that the NP that saw me should have followed up. This is 9 days later. She called in an antibiotic and said that I should come back after I'm done with the meds. I will not go back there I will follow up elsewhere. Not sure how that office is still in business. They never even documented in my chart my visit. Very unprofessional and unsafe for patients. Go somewhere else.

Gotta be honest been going here for a few years and honestly it has gotten worse and the billing the running between office the waiting is just terrible thats why Dr Azazs office gets 1 star. Def find a better office.

This practice is a joke. Last time I took a Covid test I didn't get my results back for a MONTH. Took another one last week and can't even get a call back at this point. They told me they already have my results, but REFUSED to tell me if it's positive or negative, only that someone who deals with test results will call me back to have a conversation about it. OUTRAGEOUS! Days later I'm still waiting and can't get anyone on the phone. They DO NOT CARE about their patients. Worst practice I've ever been to. I won't be going back again.
