My first visit here I was very happy with my nails. It's super pricey but so is every place these days.. this last time I went I got a simple gel mani and wanted a little heart on each ring finger. I showed her a picture beforehand. The mani was ok but drawing simple heart was a challenge for my tech. At other places usually if the tech can't do the art work they ask another tech to do it. I was disappointed I wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted this time. The mani also felt very rushed despite it being almost empty in the place.

Hannah is wonderful and killed it on my red chrome nails! We did a red coat, then chrome and finished with a red top coat!! Thank you for my holly jolly nails!!!! Everyone here is so nice and give you top tier service!! Highly recommend and if youre a girly who sees designs on tiktok and dream of them being your nails flower city is for you:)

I gave 3 star bcuz I went to this place when it first opened and was pleased with the service however on my recent visit it was a very condescending experience. Ladies of urban ethnicities be choosy spending your money at places like this. . And it's disappointing because the nails are sooo cute. How you treat paying consumers is important.....but being SLOW never hurts just annoys.
