Never trust this people to do wax with them! They burned my whole face! I don't know how people who has no experience and knowledge to work with skin care can take that much responsibilities on themselves? Its a face and it is a skin I'm living with its terrifying me even looking at the mirror or even to post picture!!! It's definitely not a spa!!!! they have no idea how to work with skin care ones again! Will publish pictures to make sure no one will be the same place I m now!I had horrible burning and pain, even my eyes are burn around, they didn't even knew how to treat burns! Horrible...a mess of nails, so thick and every time I was telling the mistake this old Chinese lady was making it worse. I don't even know how this have 4 stars...70 dollars wasted.

Lovely and welcoming people. The experience was nice and the process was comfortable. But the gel polish must be very cheap because this is how my nails looked after TWO days of getting them done.
