I had used Metropest for outside problems - carpenter bees and wasps. But last month was the first time for water bugs in my kitchen! Thank goodness for Gregory who had the job of not only solving my bug problem but also talking me off the ledge. I kept babbling on about how I sweep the floor every night, put food away, don’t leave dirty dishes out etc. He was so patient! He assured me that it had nothing to do with my housekeeping. The problem was the basement. He explained the purpose of the “breather” sink in the basement. He then explained the importance of flushing water down it. . He was so helpful. I own a 4 family rental that has a chronic roach infestation issue for the past 10 years. I had been using one of the big National pest control companies and very unhappy with the service. We just had a visit from Juan and he was unbelievable! He removed all the drawers, took his time to examine the entire apartment and his several services worked immediately! Very very professional (and nice to work with)!! As for customer service, Angela is a saint! She’s very friendly and professional on the phone, willing to accommodate and listen to your needs. She’s a bright ray of sunshine every time I talk with her!
