This weekend I tried the meditative Salt Cave session and cryotherapy for the first time with my boyfriend. I fell in love with the restorative energy and mindfulness that came from the Salt Cave, and I definitely noticed a difference in my muscles the day after doing the cryotherapy chamber. I can't wait to try the detox room next! I took a video of my services so definitely check them out if you don't know what to expect when you enter the Salt Cave :)

I have had two reiki sessions here with Toni Ann, and I am always happy when I walk into the Salt Cave. The staff are so friendly and helpful with whatever you're looking for. I have bought beautiful crystal bracelets here, and I hope to try the cryotherapy sometime soon. Marcy, the owner is such an empowering presence ❤️
