Received a phone call from Shane and he has made everything right. This is the exact reason why I went with a small business and not a big box store. We had a long conversation about the issues with the invoices and he agreed and apologized many times about how everything went down. He genuinely cared about my opinion and how things needed to be fixed. He definitely went above and beyond to make it right and save our relationship with his business. He is going to refund us more than what I was asking for which is amazing and I truly believe he is incredibly sincere with his apology. Thank you Shane and I wish you the best of luck in the future. I will be sure to make anyone aware of the integrity you and your business upholds.

Countertops look great, that's why they get 2 stars. As for the craftsmanship and shotty business practices they won't get a recommendation from me at all. So to start my kitchen project I was quoted a price. 2 weeks later I went up to pay 50% of the original price after I had paid I noticed about a $300 increase from the first quote. I didn't think much of it and moved on with it. Day of the installation as they are backing their box van into my driveway they hit and ripped my cemented in basketball hoop out of the ground. Knocked it completely over. Moving forward after they informed me they will get it fixed and remount it in the ground. Keith is the only one working on the countertops that has any competency at all. The other guys are just there to move things around. They finished getting the countertops installed with the backsplash. However I noticed the back splash was only 3 inches tall when we ordered 4 inch tall splash. I was told I would have to use some form of a trim piece to cover the rest. Not a huge deal but just another knock on them. Then to top it off I paid the final bill without seeing the invoice ( my fault ) and it's $600 more than what I owe from the previous invoice. I reached out to them which took them 3 weeks to respond back and they told me it was a charge for having to redo my cabinet for my sink because they need to shorten the doors for the new sink. None of that was explained to me at all. Not 1 time did they tell me they were going to charge me to do that. So from the first invoice to the 3rd invoice the payment changed more than $800 without them ever once explaining that to me they woudl charge me more. Just beware of how they handle business if you decide to use them. Keith is a great craftsman however the business he works for is sketchy. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you spend this kind of money only to have to spend even more in the end without ever being told that, it was never printed on any invoice. Buyer beware, make sure you get it written in stone as to what your out the door price is going to be because mine was almost $1000 more than what I signed for.“

Kelly's estimate was detailed, so I knew where every penny was spent, unlike other estimates that just lumped "demo" and "walls" into categories with outrageous costs. The entire team was friendly, communicated well, and made great adjustments to the project when faced with complications. They worked hard in a home without central air when the temp was >80 degrees outside. The work was excellent and I absolutely love the finished project. “This was our first experience building a new home. It was surprisingly easy! Andrew (Martin) is very straight forward and cares about building a qualityhome. We were admittedly, very picky customers,and we were not disappointed!Andrew evaluated the lot before we purchased, which was reassuring. During the planning we met several times with the architect, and Andrew made cost saving suggestions which was great.Andrew's team was truly wonderful. “My father and sister and my husband and I live across the street from each other. We watched the work Mr. Bront and his team did on another neighbor's driveway. We were impressed and asked him to give us an estimate on both of our driveways. He gave us an estimate to dig up driveways and totally replace them, including some widening and work to decrease any puddling. We gave him our deposits. This was on September 4th. He gave us an estimated time frame of the 2nd week in October that he would be out with his crew to do both of our driveways. That time-frame came and went with no call from Mr. Bront. We called multiple times as did my sister and dad. He answered each of our calls once and said that he had forgotten. He said he had the contracts but couldn't remember where they were. He told both of us that he would be out the following week. The week of Halloween. He never showedUPDATE: Mr. Bront showed up to do the 3 driveways in our small neighborhood last week (November 19th) which included our 2 driveways and another neighbor's. After talking to some of his workers and Mr. Bront himself it seems as though they were quite overbooked this fall. He came back to our neighborhood to do them all at once. All in all the quality of the work is superior, as we witnessed earlier in the summer with other neighbors driveways. We are quite happy with the work. Though we did express our displeasure to Mr. Bront regarding his tardiness and lack of returning calls, to which he did apologize profusely for, we offered to come back to this review and update our ratings based on the work we received. We have to give him a 5 star rating. This guy and his crew know what they are doing and do it well. It is understandable why he was so booked this year. Thanks for making good on the contract E.R.
