my husband and I live in tarrytown,ny. my husband said he needed a new hair stylist.we have been going to Pelham for awhile for dinner and passed billy shear's salon. my husband went and loved every minute; now, I am going for color and cut. he does a fabulous job, fair prices and very clean. we are now loyal customers!
Billy did a fantastic job. I'm donating my hair to make a wig for a cancer patient, in memory of my friends father. The color, and cut, are youthful, and beautiful. Thank you Billy. You're very welcome.
My father has been recommending Billy for years and i finally came for my blow out. Really nice salon, very clean and modern. Great prices. Billy is such a talented hair dresser, super nice and a lot of fun to talk to.
