Better Smile of WNY

I could not be more pleased with this office! From the front desk, to the techs, to the Dr everyone was wonderful. My son and I had appointments on the same day with different technicians. They were both great! Sabrina really put me at ease, was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and caring. Dental anything isn’t easy for me (like for many people) and she made me feel like I was just hanging with a friend through my entire cleaning. Jake was wonderful as well with my son. The Dr. was also very personable, kind, and informative. Very, very happy to have found this practice! Thanks!

I had a really bad experience five years ago with a dentist so I was really nervous....better smiles staff was awesome!!! They are caring and mental. They don't judge and they took time to explain everything and how best to proceed. I loved them!!!

I have been a patient since 2019. Jake at Better Smile is a caring dental hygienist. He is the one I had been seeing. All of the other hygienists in the past were all nice and professional. They also have a very clean office. Unfortunately I had an emergency. They were unable to take me. I had to see my dentist from the past who doesn't carry my insurance. I was told I needed 2 teeth pulled and also had an abycess. They drained the abycess but I figued Better Smile would do the rest. I scheduled for the end of August. They called to tell me a dentist would not be in till November and also a dentist would only be there one day a week going forward. I couldnt wait... read full review
