Lovely shop. They accepted me as a walk-in for two small tattoos - a third eye & NYC lettering. Chris Crowder was amazing! He is so professional, kind and gentle. He listened to my ideas and tailored the tattoos to fit my already busy arm. I felt very comfortable with him, which is so important. I will be back. Highly recommend! :)

This place is really amazing. I got my nose pierced here and had to go back 4 months later because I didn’t realize it would close up after a few hours with no piercing in. They were super nice and helped me right away to get it repierced, which they definitely did not have to do! They’re also super sanitary and gentleService: Piercings

I have gotten a tattoo done with Jimmy and it’s the best one I have. His work is so clean & healed perfectly & looks the same a year later as it did in the shop. I’ve also gotten my nipples pierced by Mooshu and he was THE BEST piercer I’ve ever had. He is so kind and respectful. He made me feel incredibly safe as well as calm. (Ps he’s such a great piercer I barely felt a thing for either nipple pierce with barbell). I recommend Village Tattoo to anyone and everyone I meet who’s looking for a great tattoo or piercing. So happy to now live in NYC and be able commute to them for any and all new pieces :))
