The quality of my hair was obviously so bad when I arrived that i had to sign a waiver to get my roots touched up, then they decided the form wasn’t specific enough so the receptionist hand wrote a separate agreement for me to sign. My hair turned out great. I’m sure you’ve had sub par customer experiences in the past but consider meditation or really any stress reducing exercises. Or perhaps it’s a great sign that every employees blood pressure rises when they see ugly hair. Idk I hadn’t been to a salon in over 14 years. $400 and cash only should only be in the same sentence for illegal transactions, but again, what do I know?

The BEST haircut I’ve ever had. I was looking to get a haircut before dinner on a Friday night on the lower east side and found this spot online. I booked an appointment and did not request anyone specific, but I got very lucky with Charles! He spent an hour and a half on my haircut!! The level of precision and detail was incredible. I just asked for long layers and some face framing, and he went above and beyond. He cut it while it was wet and then cut it again while it was dry. He even took his time styling it in the end. I can’t recommend him enough!

I booked with Charles and he worked absolute magic on my hair to take it from brassy browns/reds to a true ash blonde balayage/foilyage. Over the span of 8 hours he was so thorough and patient and made sure to bleach my hair down to a complete neutral color before he moved on to toner. What's amazing was that he was able to do that without damaging my hair and I was able to leave without a haircut. Throughout the day, the salon offered water, green tea, and snacks. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and I'll be back!
