She helped me become comfortable with some of the most uncomfortable parts of singing, by challenging me to step outside of my comfort zone while maintaining an encouraging presence. She is the kind of teacher who will help you accomplish your unique goals rather than drilling you with technique. I felt at home in her Tribeca, Manhattan studio. She is a real gem of New York City.

Dori is the BEST teacher! I hadn't taken lessons in several years and Dori helped me get back into my favorite hobby, and even gave me some performing resources :) She always has a smile on her face and is extremely talented - she's supportive and clear in her instruction!
