I just moved to the lower east side and was looking for a new wax place. A while ago I had some bad waxes that led to a lot of ingrown hair issues and I recently started getting brazilians again. Natalie was absolutely incredible and put time and care beyond any esthetician I've ever experienced. She gave me tips and told me what to do and not to do that no one I've gotten a wax from has ever mentioned. It's clear how passionate she is and how much she cares about her clients. This will definitely be staying as my permanent wax place and I can't wait to go back and try some of the other services!

Have you ever had a life changing experience? That’s what my Brazilian wax and vajacial with Natalie was. Life changing. I have super fair and sensitive skin- razors destroy my kitty, my hair is too light for laser removal, and I vowed against using any chemical hair removal after an incident with Nair in high school. Every waxing appointment I’ve had in the past has left me with ingrowns, missed hairs, irritations, burns, and worse. Natalie is extremely knowledgeable and her passion for expertise radiates throughout your service. She explains each step, any product used + it's benefits for your skin.
