Very expensive, they never cleaned well the clothes I gave for dry cleaning , but the final blow was destroying a blouse I gave to them, which only needed to refreshing, charged me so much for it, and did not even apologize after returning it with faint black marks and the delicate fabric peeling off.
Literally the second I saw the bad reviews I should've stayed away from this place. I dropped off my suit and white shirt on Mondays to pick up in 4 days. Friday I go to pick up my shirt and behold, the shirt didn't come from NJ... like why NJ... there's not a matching to clean the clothes in NYC. Please don't go. The irresponsibility of this company is really just in another level. Literally my first and last time here! So irresponsible.
This is what I got after spending $200 to dry clean this jacket. They told me usually it takes 3 weeks for jackets like this. It was returned to me in less than one week with some parts still clearly dirty. Worst dry cleaning experience ever
