I have been seeing Beth at least monthly for over 12yrs. She has helped me with so many different ailments over the years including anxiety, stress management, PMS, and fertility. She shepherded me through two pregnancies and even helped me turn a breech baby using just her acupuncture needles! She helps me manage chronic pain and relieve muscle tension. The relief I feel after one of our sessions is indescribable. Beth is one of the best practitioners of trigger point acupuncture (also called dry needling) which many professional athletes use to stave off and treat injuries. For me, this is much more effective than any massage could ever be. A session with Beth is just the reset I need in an otherwise hectic schedule and I consider it an essential part of my self care routine.

I routinely see Beth at her Jersey City location and she is both welcoming and calming. She has treated a range of ailments -- some emotional and others physical -- and has always approached her methodology with professionalism. More than the treatment, though, Beth is sensitive and will often go out of her way to brainstorm ways I can function better in my daily life. It's just not only about the needle with Beth: it's about finding balance and achieving a holistic wellness.

Beth Conroy was my first. Acupuncturist, that is. And it was stress-free and much more enjoyable than I could ever imagine. For one, Beth is an absolute professional. I was referred to her by a friend and she was the perfect person to go to for my first treatment. I like to know why things are being done and Beth explained everything along the way, easing any trepidation. At the end of the session all I could say was, "When can I schedule the next one?" In addition to being a very relaxing treatment, she also helped address some knee and back soreness I was experiencing. Not only have I gone to her again, but I've referred her to friends -- newbies to the acupuncture world as well as seasoned veterans. She's especially talented in bridging the gap between traditional techniques and modern practices.
