I think I found the best locksmith ever. They were super responsive, came to my door within 40 minutes (with no prearranged appointment and in Manhattan—this is impressive). My situation was a difficult one—a high security lock with metal plate, inside jammed for some mysterious reason (I had the key but it just stopped working). But iGuard’s technician (a super friendly nice guy) managed to open it within 25 minutes. His technique was superb and explanation was clear. This was the most assuring experience I had with any locksmiths. Next time anything happens, I’ll definitely call them again!!
The technician arrived and created functional keys. The guy was quite competent, and he advised me to purchase a new car lock. The techs were kind and competent. Everyone should use this firm, in my opinion.
