I visited this place in Sept 2021 to get botox treatment.
I had to wait 3 hours. An hour in the reception area and two more alone in the bed they put me in.
The lady who was addressing me only remembered I was still there when she peaked into the room and saw me.

Finally the other lady came with the injections. She hated me as soon as I opened my mouth to explain to her what I wanted, I don't know if it was my accent that bothered her, but she cut me off often and was cold in general.
Not the attitude I had expected after a 3 hour wait.

I had to come and write a review and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! These ladies know what they are doing!! I had my lips done with Monica and she is fantastic, such a sweetheart and with a very light hand. I am so happy with my new lips I can’t even explain! I’ve done my jaw line with Olga 2 months ago and also had an amazing experience. Everything was great since the booking process, they are very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to plump your natural beauty!! Thank you so much ladies, the drive from New Jersey was definitely worth it! ?

Worst place ever, so unprofessional, irresponsible.I had an appointment for 12:00pm and they called me at 11:30am that there was no one in the office and if they could push my appointment to 12:20-12:30pm.I was already on my way to the appointment and I told them it’s okay that I will be there 12:20-12:30pm. I got there at 12 and sent them a message that I was in the area to let me know when I can go in and they never answered me.
