I was initially nervous to try a new haircut at a salon I've never been to before, (wasn't the most relaxing combination ?) but once I was sat down for a consultation with Ice, I immediately felt at ease. She was considerate of my curly hair type and explained to me how we could adjust the haircut I wanted to give me the look I was going for. I really appreciated her realistic yet positive approach. Both before and during the haircut she made sure to cut the front layers/overall hair to my desired length; this was very reassuring as I have had my hair cut too short at other places in the past. Really great walk-in Cut with Chili. Perfect balance of knows what she’s doing but also listens to your requests. Will absolutely be returning for her. Was referred by a friend who gets great cuts from other hairdressers they have as well.Definitely recommend this place, just need to overlook their unhinged receptionist “Virgo. A. G.” The usual no hello, finger in your face to wait, dirty looks as you check out whilst shamelessly chowing down on her chicken over rice in the middle of the salon. We know the type. We’ve all seen her before. Don’t let it deter you from the great stylists there! :)

Turbo is such a talent. He listens and delivers. Every time I get a cut with him it looks wonderful day of and somehow looks even better months out. I have wavy, borderline curly hair and he knows how to layer without giving me poofy frizz. He is equally talented when it comes to color. For baylayage, he does a meticulous job and has such a great eye for natural, gorgeous tones to compliment your base. He also just is a class guy, always interacting politely with everyone he works with in the salon. Also if you are on a time crunch, just say, and he gets the job done quick (am a new mom so this was/is essential)!
