Fantastic service. In these days of mediocrity I am poised to say that my experience here was top notch. The place is impeccably clean. The technician, Maria was extremely knowledgeable. I was drawn there specifically because of its membership fee. I really don't care how that sounds, I am happy knowing that these women are being paid a living wage. The membership fee probably ensures that, although I imagine the freshly ground and brewed coffee etc is covered by that as well. They only service 2 clients at a time and I was tickled that the other client was an A list celebrity. My hands have never looked so beautiful. Thank you.
Colorvat, you have my heart and my hands. Monika has completely transformed my once thin and brittle nails. I’ve never had my own nails able to grow to this length. And they’re so strong!! Her knowledge, artistry, and attention to detail is next level. My manicures look the exact same 3 to 4 weeks later, just with added length (because whatever magic she uses on them also makes them grow like crazy). I’ve never felt so passionately about a nail salon LOL thank you Monika + Colorvat ❤️
I discovered colorvat in 2019 & I immediately knew that it was THE BEST nail salon in manhattan. I think they are tied with my other favorite nail artist, Emi, who doesn't have a salon of her own, but a small suite that she rents. Monika and all of her staff are dedicated to making your nails perfect! Monika takes nail art seriously-- she can replicate pretty much any design that you see on the internet. I highly recommend Colorvat and I look forward to spending more time here!
