The worst of the worst. For years we've been trying to get them to send us our annual tax information by mail - to no avail. If you are a foreign national, you'll find them particularly unhelpful and difficult. If you try to speak to them, you'll spend hours on the phone navigating telephone trees and such. They are never helpful. Their website is particularly atrocious.

Citi Wealth Management website is really hard to navigate. I was hoping to use Citi to trade options (both selling and buying call/put options), but it seems no one at Citi is able to activate the function for me. When I tried to buy some CDs for cash that I have, I have hard time buying the CDs. The interface is not well designed. I tried to download an Citi App and was hoping it would work better, but the App would not allow me logging in if I only have Citi brokerage account. It was a BIG mistake that I transferred stocks and cash to Citi Wealth Management account.
