Heard about 12Pell through some friends and thought it was about time I’d change shops. The shop had a welcoming vibe to the moment I walked in. I had a scissor cut appointment with Kevin and it was everything I could’ve asked for a first time experience. I came in knowing what style I wanted, but Kevin helped me go through exactly every detail that I should know about the style and how it can vary. Every step he took, he explained why he was doing it and even gave recommendations on how to maintain the style he gave me. After the cut, I was extremely satisfied with the service and result. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next cut!

Had a 12:30 with Peter this afternoon and enjoyed the experience to the fullest. Professional and understanding, Peter took the time to figure out what I was looking for and what we were working with, all while providing an educational consultation. With the scissor cut, he was precise and focused while still keeping the conversation going. I was nervous as all hell considering it was my first haircut in over a decade, but this was clearly the right step to take in terms of changing my perspective on hair care and styling. Definitely will follow up in the future. ??

For anyone looking for a consistent quality haircut, look no further. The service here is white glove service from the time you’re greeted until you’ve left feeling confident with your new cut. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a barber chair because I know I’m gonna walk out of there with a great haircut. EVERY. SINGLE.TIME! Kevin is an absolute master at his craft and always recommends what would look best on me. I’m happy I found a place that I can trust, I can’t stress this enough, you won’t be disappointed.
