Jacky in the NHP location is amazing! She makes the environment very comfortable which is definitely appreciated. Jacky works quickly while ensuring everything is perfect before you leave the room. She’s also so easy to talk to!

I always come to this european wax location since the staff is so friendly and I just had great interactions all around today. Silvana (at the front desk) is so helpful and kind when booking my future appointments. I had the pleasure of having Ivette as my wax specialist today & she was fantastic. So easy to converse with and made the awkwardness of getting waxed that never goes away so much more of an enjoyable experience.
