Clairmont-Nichols Opticians of Mt. Kisco

I visited Clairmont Nichols in Mt. Kisco for the first time about a month ago. As soon as I got there Shabana, the licensed optician, introduced herself to me. She provided the best care I could have asked for when it came down to precision. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She thoroughly explained the difference of progressive lenses to me in a way I could understand. The care she gave me, her incredible attention to detail, and her knowledge in Zeiss products by explaining their differences in comparison to competitors was all I needed to know that I will be coming back to see her every single year. Thank you Shabana and Clairmont Nichols for a wonderful experience!

Shabana Jawahir and Felix Smotritskiy were beyond helpful yesterday when I brought in glasses purchased out of state that I was having trouble with. They corrected the lenses to match the prescription I had recently had made at Clairmont-Nichols … and now I can see! Thank you for your expertise and for taking the time to correct a problem that wasn’t even your problem!

Had an overall wonderful experience. Shabana was especially great! Very professional and knowledgeable, and her recommendations on frames were awesome! I would highly recommend this establishment.
