Walked in today after a terrible experience somewhere else. Dana/Dayna was able to book us an appointment right away for my son’s first check up. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It all took some time but I really could not have been more happy and appreciative through the whole process from the tests through getting glasses. Thank you!
A recent visit to an ophthalmologist left me dissatisfied and while I had a prescription for glasses I still needed one for contacts. On my sister’s recommendation I went to America’s Best in the Cortlandt shopping center near Walmart and had a repeat vision test for glasses and a work-up for contact lenses. The staff performing the tests were patient, helpful and very professional. They explained each step and thoroughly answered my questions. The doctor ordered sample contacts with the proviso that should I need an adjustment to return to the store. (I’ve worn contacts for more than 40 years and have never been given samples to test the accuracy of the prescription).... read full review
Vicki at America’s Best was a life saver! My son’s glasses were accidentally broken 10 mins before closing and she kept store open until we arrived so that we could have the frames replaced. She has been incredibly helpful every time we come in. Can’t thank her enough!!
