Rachel is amazing! I had only experienced massage as a relaxation technique previously, I had no idea how much pain relief was possible. I began coming to Rachel for prenatal massage during a very painful pregnancy. Not only did she help provide relief from pregnancy pains with each massage, but she is extremely knowledgeable and caring and always looking for new ways to help clients live more pain free long term. I am so happy I found Rachel and Family Care Massage and continue to come regularly 1 year postpartum!
Rachel was truly wonderful. She really took the time to get to know me/my needs before the massage. It was quite evident throughout the massage that she really heard me and delivered one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. On top of that, she gave me very practical strategies to apply in my daily life to minimize some of the discomfort I experience. Highly recommend!!
This is one of the best massages I have had in a decade. Rachael is very detail oriented and customized my post par tum massage to get me relief from all the aches and pains of a new momma. I immediately signed up for the membership as when u find a good masseuse you stick to them. Will be returning soon to this practice.
