Really good place. Went her for the first time to get help for my lower back. The staff was good and I didn't wait long to see the therapist. She was able to find out the most likely cause and work on fixing it. She went over all the exercises and showed me how to do them. I definitely have been doing a lot better since the first visit. Hoping for continued improvement with each visit.
I had a deep tissue massage with Melissa Meyers today. She focused on the areas of pain that I spoke to her about. Melissa is very professional and knew exactly where the pain was coming from. I'm feeling much better now and will go back to Melissa in the future.
