Steven, the technician, assigned to our repair was excellent. He showed up on-time, provided an assessment of the situation, tested his theory, and then went to get the parts to fix the unit. A smart, methodical approach that delivered a solution in less than 18 hours of reporting the problem. Truly impressed.
Just had Ryen come over and install a WiFi thermostat. He also serviced my AC unit. Great customer service and did a fantastic job. I got put on a service plan to do the furnace tune up for the fall. They were very quick to respond as well when making an appointment. Highly recommend!
I did shopping around prior to hiring and this company's prices were fair!!! The company has discounts, they take before & after vent cleaning, answered ALL my questions with a pleasant attitude in layman terms and communication in scheduling an appointment & throughout job were spot on. Ryan S. did was the service person, professional with a warm personable side and I'll recommend and encourage work to my friends.
