Did the six weeks challenge, got a great results. Though me a different ways to eat. Love the 6am workouts, everyone friendly and helpful. The daily checkins with nutrition coach are great and very helpful. Will be continuing with the 6am workouts for foreseeable future!

The six week challenge has had a big impact on my eating and drinking habits. Really bumping up my protein, and getting rid of sugar has been much needed. I especially enjoyed the workout classes, and hope I can get back to them after my busy spring and summer schedule. I will try and keep up with the exercises I learned in the meantime.

Staff is very friendly, motivating, and helpful. At this time I have done the first 6 weeks challenge and I have lost about 10lbs. I have chosen to continue and have extended my personal goals to a level that I have not even thought of in the past.
