Originally signed up with a different a different larger company who promised they would be out quickly. After I signed up and gave them my money they said the soonest was 3 weeks no exceptions. I called First fuel and they were able to come out the next day and always pickup the phone immediately. Very communicative and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

I recently switched to First Fuel and Propane. The experience with this company has been fantastic. Suman was the person who set up my account and installation/propane delivery appointment. He was efficient and professional. He even worked things out in a short time frame to accommodate my schedule. He is a great communicator. The delivery person Rich was punctual and friendly. He did a great thorough job on the set up. I was so dissatisfied with my previous company because of the terrible customer service. It is a pleasure to deal with a local company that is so responsive.

Very understanding and professional. Very helpful for those on fixed incomes, I'm on disability, and they come through even if I cant afford to have a leak test done or something. I rely on HEAP, and even when heap failed me and I ran out of propane, first fuel helped me get my heat back quickly before this next storm hits. Thank you... read full review
