Recently we contacted B&S to take care of various issues from drainage to accessible access.The job was done in a few days but we were disappointed that they did not consult with us about some of the landscaping as well as the fact the accessible sidewalk they created is also falling apart. Furthermore, crabgrass has begun overtaking some of the areas they put flowers in.Another issue we've had has been trying to reach them to get some issues resolved. We are hoping this is caused by their being busy due to the high demand for landscaping this time of year.

Short version: Don't hire this company. I don't know if the issue is company-wide, but some of their crew have either no idea what they are there for or simply do not care. I watched them go about their work and noted a few things: 1. This crew in the Kingston, NY area was all about speed at the expense of precision. Instead of having a completed, efficient job done the right way, they seemed to be rushing through the job simply to get somewhere else. This was evident by the following: a. Lawn cutting height.
