I recently took two different yoga classes. I have never tried yoga. Was new in each and felt very welcome and comfortable in both. Instructors were pleasant and inclusive. Always friendly personnel at the desk. Have enjoyed every visit.
Great social experience with the babies, children and other moms during Mommy & Me Yoga. Community is needed as a parent & this absolutely provided this dynamic while providing a fun introduction to yoga in a class setting with our little ones
