He helped me when I had to put my little dog down and he sent me a condolence card written by his own hand I teased him I said I knew it was him that wrote the card because like every doctor you can't understand anything. They write.. Now I have a new pup and I brought him there when he was eight weeks old and now we're off and running on a new adventure and I wouldn't do it without him , Dr. Ken and his staff are very compassionate, very knowledgeable and act like my dog is the only dog that they take care of. From the moment I was introduced to her, she put me at ease and made an extremely stressful situation feel more manageable. She took amazing care of our dog Luna after fracturing her arm. I always knew I was in the best and most capable hands and am truly grateful to her for supporting Luna and our family. If you are looking for a veterinary surgeon, Dr. Kravitz is THE BEST! “I took my cats to this vet hospital for many years and found the staff to be very competent and caring. It is often difficult to find a good vet for one's beloved pets and this medical facility was the only place I would go when I lived on Long Island. Dr. McCormack, in particular, is a very good doctor and an all around nice person. The vet technicians are also very helpful and kind. The front desk personnel are also very kind and interested in the pets and the pets' families. I miss living on Long Island for many reasons, but not havaing Harborside to turn to when my cats are not well is one of the biggest concerns I have now. I would recommend this place and often do!!“

“Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.“

Yesterday I had an emergency and they were able to squeeze me in because someone cancelled. I was relieved I did not have to go the the ER with my cat.
