With the previous reviewer.Quincy is my man! Such a quick professional and didn't mess around. Appreciate the effort and problem solver for my water tank following IDAService: Water heater installation

I called the service and five minutes later Quincy, the plumber, called. me back. He asked for brief description of the problem and told me I was his next stop. An hour later he comes. Takes a look, asks a few questions and says, “this is no problem.” Thirty mInutes later, problem solved. No leaks. He replaced and cut a couple of pipes and rerouted one. Better job than me contractor. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. While he was doing my job, he took a call from another harried customer and assured her she was his next stop. I will be calling Senid again. But not too soon. Well done Quincy and Senid.Services: Leak investigation and repair

I have used Senid plumbing for many years. At first I knew a plumber that worked there, so I trusted in them. I used them for small. medium and big jobs. Their prices were never low, for any job, but I have always been told that plumbing isn't cheap, their work seemed good. I had a good relationship with another plumber, Miguel, who worked there, until my Formica counter top got cracked while working on a pipe behind my dishwasher. After the pipe was fixed and he left, the dishwasher didn't work. I called and was told that I needed a new dishwasher. I tinkered around and found out that the latch didn't line up as before and I adjusted it, and the dishwasher is still working fine. Also Miguel, who seems like a really nice guy and good plumber, scribbled down on the invoice, something that looked like the 3/4 an hour that he worked on my outside water spout, which I helped him with while he did soldering. I was charged for 1.3 hours of work, when he was there only 45 minutes. When I complained to Bob the owner, he didn't address the issue. I had a large job done for a water leak that damaged a gas line. It cost over $2900.00, which seemed possible, there were about 4 plumbers on the job. The job was a good job, done well. Then I had low pressure from a shower head. I checked the shower head for a blockage, didn't see one, so I thought it might be in the line. Two plumbers were sent for a one man job, one just watched the other one. They took my shower head out to the truck for 20 minutes to an half hour to blow out any objects causing a low pressure,, put the shower head back on and it still didn't have the pressure it should have. They then moved on to the outside water spout that Miguel had worked on. It was too low to turn water on and off. They raised it, as one plumber worked and the other watched, so I was charged labor for two plumbers. I tried to contact Bob about this and never heard from him. The shower head I had was not old, but I replaced it with another and it has been fine ever since. There were other jobs that were in question for the charges and now I must wonder how many jobs were over priced that I did realize were, I probably should have gotten estimates, but I thought Senid was OK. I also think that some other plumbers do the same thing. Estimates some times cost a fee. Estimates some times come out to be more than quoted, due to unforeseen circumstances. I will never use Senid again. I hope I can find an honest plumber.
