“We needed a new breaker box, as ours was falling apart. CS came by to give me a quote and checked out the electrical in the whole apartment. I thought I might have to rewire the whole place, but they told me that after they swapped out the box that it would probably fix our issues. They steered me away of spending money I didn't need to spend, when they could have easily told me I needed to do more work. They came in, put in the new box, left the apartment cleaner than it was, and were super nice the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.“

I called Mike early on a weekday to see if he could get to my office on an emergency basis to fix my air conditioner that had gone down in the hottest part of summer. Mike was on top of a ladder when he took my call, but he still said they would do their best to get here that same afternoon. Imagine my surprise when Mike's team, Andres and Roger showed up that same morning, and my relief when they diagnosed the problem, picked up a replacement part, and got my system working in less than an hour. “I called RJ Russo to do 3 electrical items in my apartment. They took down a ceiling fan and replaced with a regular hanging light, changed out my bathroom fixture and installed a new electrical outlet in my bathroom without breaking my wall. They are wonderful to deal with, didn't leave a mess, cleaned up and everything was working beautifully. They weren't overpriced and well worth what I did pay.
